Holosun 407K
The same optic as the 507K, but with a single 6 MOA dot only. The big dot is faster to pick up at close range — which is exactly what most people need in a defensive pistol. Also the cheaper of the two.
What's good about it
- Big dot — the fastest to pick up at close range
- Cheaper than the 507K
- Multi-year battery and shake-awake
What's less good
- 6 MOA covers more of the target at longer range
- No circle and no options
- Open emitter, no service in Israel

An optic is something you should shoot with before you buy
The difference between a 2 MOA dot and a 6 MOA dot, or between an open and an enclosed emitter, is only felt when you shoot. If you're torn, book a range session and decide afterward.
