Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of eladlotar.com and the services offered through it. Browsing the site, submitting a form, using the questionnaires or making a purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

1. Site operator

• The site is operated by Elad Atias — ELAD Counter-Terror Training School, of 85 Jabotinsky St., Herzliya, Israel.

2. Use of the site

• The site may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Content from the site may not be copied, reproduced, published or distributed without our written permission.
• Automated collection tools may not be run against the site, and no attempt may be made to breach it, overload it or disrupt its operation.
• You may not submit another person’s details without their consent, and you may not submit details that are untrue.
• We may block access to anyone who breaches these terms.

3. Professional content — information, not advice

• The pistol guides, optic guides, licensing criteria guide, the questionnaires and their results, and any other professional content on the site, are general information only.
• The result of the licence eligibility questionnaire is a preliminary estimate based on what you provided. It is not a decision of the licensing authority, does not bind it, and does not guarantee that a licence will be granted or refused.
• The content is not legal advice, not medical advice, and not a substitute for a decision of the competent authority.
• Specifications, prices and availability of pistols and optics change from time to time, are gathered from public sources and are not an offer of sale. We do not trade in firearms.
• Reliance on the content is at the user’s sole responsibility.

4. Training, courses and registration

• Participation in live-fire training requires a valid firearms licence. Responsibility for the validity of the licence rests with the trainee alone.
• Participation requires a health declaration and physical fitness, and you must inform us of any change in your medical condition.
• Participation is subject at all times to safety rules and instructor directions. We may refuse or stop participation in the event of a breach of safety rules, without refund.
• The number of participants per session is limited as the law requires, and registration is subject to availability.
• The full membership terms appear in the membership agreement shown in the trainee app before joining.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy (Hebrew).

5. The equipment shop

• The shop is operated in Hebrew and serves customers in Israel. Prices are in new Israeli shekels and include VAT.
• Products are collected in person at the range only. We do not ship.
• Payment is made on a secure payment page of the payment provider Grow. We never see or store payment card details.
• Product images are illustrative, and shades or details may differ from the actual product.
• Orders are accepted subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and refund in full.
• A good-faith error in a displayed price or specification does not oblige us to sell at that price. In such a case we will notify you and you may choose between completing the purchase at the correct price and cancelling it for a full refund.
• Cancellation and return rights are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy (Hebrew).

6. Intellectual property

• All content on the site — text, images, video, design, logo and code — is ours or licensed to us.
• Manufacturer trademarks that appear in the guides belong to their owners and are shown for identification and professional reference only. Their appearance implies no affiliation, sponsorship or cooperation.
• Any use of the content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Links and third-party sites

• The site links to external sites and services, including the Grow payment page, the app stores, WhatsApp and social networks.
• We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

• The site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
• Our total liability in connection with a transaction made through the site shall not exceed the amount you actually paid in that transaction.
• Nothing here derogates from rights that cannot be contracted out of under consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

• Data collection and use are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
• The use of cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
• The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

• These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
• Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
