Glock 45
A hybrid: the full grip of the 17 with the short slide of the 19. The idea is to get 17 rounds and a full grip without the extra length up front. In practice it works, and it has become a common choice among security organizations.
What's good about it
- 17 rounds with a full grip
- Short slide — easier to draw from a holster than the 17
- nDLC finish and ambidextrous slide stop as standard
What's less good
- The long grip is what prints when concealing, and that's the part they didn't shorten
- More expensive than the 19 with no dramatic difference in performance
- As thick as the rest of the wide-frame line
Common user reviews
The remarks that come up most often among owners in Israel and abroad, good and bad. These are user opinions, not our test.
Common praise
- Most common praise: the grip of the 17 with the agility of the 19
- Feels more stable in rapid fire than the 19
- The finish holds up well to sweat and wear
Common complaints
- Most common complaint: if you're not concealing it anyway, why not just get the 17
- Relatively expensive
- The difference from the 19 is too small to justify the price gap for anyone who already owns a 19

Which optics fit it
The Glock 45 ships with adapter plates, so it accepts a wide range of footprints: RMR, RMSc and Docter. 24 of the optics sold in Israel fit it.
You choose a pistol by hand, not by table
Have a licence? Professional training with us gives you control and confidence with any gun you choose. No licence yet? An experience shoot with a dedicated instructor: no licence, no commitment.
You can also just shoot them
No spec sheet replaces how the pistol sits in your hand. If you're torn between two or three, book a range session, shoot them, and decide after — not before.
